For a certain type of requirement though, the MiVoice Office definitely pips IP Office to the post.

Ok so you want to know the Gamma Horizon Pricing….
There is a standard price that we apply but for most scenarios we put together bespoke pricing for every customer. Why? Because every customer is different.
Typical Gamma Horizon pricing is made up of the following elements:
1 – Premium Subscription – this is the price per user and this is normally fixed for the length of your agreement with us. You can easily add or reduce user numbers dynamically subject to your agreement – this is great for organisations who want flexibility.
2 – Handsets – these are normally provided free of charge on a 3 year agreement
3 – Connectivity – as part of your project, we would normally be installing special internet connections that guarantee voice quality and often these can be used for normal internet access to although we can deliver Gamma Horizon across your existing connection if we deem it good enough.
4 – Extras – a lot of the Gamma Horizon features are included as standard but there are some extras such as smartphone apps. PC soft phones, call recording, contact centre solutions and CRM integration (click to dial and screen popping)
5 – Networking – often we will be installing and supporting a new POE switch for your phones to connect to – this may also include a UPS and also a router/firewall if appropriate
6 – Peripherals – things like headsets and conferencing solutions are extra
7 – Professional Services – this is our time and expertise to manage your projects and install, configure your system and provide training so all your staff get to make the most out of the Gamma Horizon system
8 – Support – this is provided as part of the price

Yes – we don’t cover huge areas of the country – mainly Kent, Sussex and London – however, geography is irrelevant with this type of technology – as long as your user has an internet connection, they can use their Gamma Horizon phone or app anywhere. However the locality of your supplier to your main site is important when deciding on how to trust to look after your telecoms. We are never very far away so we can respond quickly to faults and requests for service without having to spend hours in traffic jams or on unreliable public transport.
