Store, Sync And Work Together On Work Documents
SharePoint does include One Drive for business, which will allow you to use up to 5 TB worth of storage for your work data. You can share documents with anyone on SharePoint, and use the sync function to work on documents whilst offline. Multiple users can work on the same document at the same time, chat with colleagues at the same time as working on the document, and finally revert to previous versions of documents if you feel you need to go back to an earlier version.

SharePoint includes Delve, which is a unique visual search tool that you can use to find useful and interesting information that you want to find on Office 365. You can use Delve to find documents that you’ve recently been working on. You can also find documents your friends have been working on, but only if they’ve given you permission to view the documents.
